Halloween is a big deal at Kino! Homerooms spend weeks planning activities. On the morning of Halloween, students and homeroom teachers set up their activities. Then in the afternoon, all classes are cancelled for a giant all-ages Halloween party!
Halloween Activities
This year’s homerooms put on some amazing activities, including: a K-Pop Demon Hunter’s themed karaoke room, spooky s’mores, a puzzle-filled escape room, Dracula-themed skee ball, hot chocolate, giant Jenga, and a Halloween movie room. There was also a blanket fort in the loft, face painting, and lots of snacks!

A highlight of the activities is our yearly costume contest! This year Amber, Cezanne, and Charlie helped set up and host the contest. We had lots of amazing participants–here are this year’s winners:
